CDPHP among the Top 10 Employers in the State
Albany-based health plan marks eleven consecutive years on the Best Companies list
Albany, N.Y., April 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CDPHP was the only Capital Region company to make the top 10 list in the Best Companies to Work for in New York. Of the 75 businesses honored, CDPHP ranked 10th among large employers across the state. The rankings were revealed at a recent awards dinner in Albany.
The list is compiled by Best Companies Group in conjunction with the New York State Society of Human Resource Management. Companies make the list based on workplace policies, systems, and practices, as well as a survey, which was open to all employees, that measures employee engagement.
