MidnightToke.com was purchased with a bundle of domains as part of a KushCo Holdings, Inc. purchase agreement in 2018. Using Smoke Cartel’s proprietary technology, Warely, the company has been able to identify strong market demographics to use for each new domain.

Midnight Toke has been re-launched to capture the attention of female cannabis consumers. The site will focus on cannabis culture merchandise, rather than the pipes and vaporizers listed on SmokeCartel.com, in order to advertise through traditional channels with tough restrictions on cannabis products.
