Migration Service expels over 1000 illegal foreigners

Luanda, ANGOLA, December 10 - At least 1110 foreign nationals were expelled from Angola during last week by the Migration and Foreigners Service (SME), 304 more people in relation to the previous seven days. ,

 

According to a balance report of the SME, which ANGOP had access to today (Monday) the expulsion took place due to the administrative and judicial decision.

Due to prevention, control and combating illegal immigration, 774 citizens of various nationalities were arrested for unauthorized stay, lack of working visas, immigration assistance and involvement in religious acts considered illegal.

Another 90 were notified and invited to leave the country, due to illegal stay, applied and paid 90 fines by people of various nationalities and companies.
