Angolan Executive assesses state reform process
Luanda, ANGOLA, December 6 - The ongoing State Reform that aims at making the Angolan Public Administration more efficient was analysed last Wednesday at the first inter-ministerial meeting, which was chaired by President João Lourenço.,
According to the spokesman of the meeting, Territory Administration and State Reform minister Adão de Almeida, the gathering analysed the roadmap of the ongoing state reform which, among other goals, is intended to substantially decrease bureaucracy and improve the decentralisation process.
According to the government official, the restructuration of the administrative machine, both at central and local levels, is aimed at responding efficiently to the demands and challenges of the present.
He informed that an inter-ministerial commission is monitoring the reform process.
