A declaration of intent was also signed on cooperation between Angola and Portugal in the fields of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.

The visit also served to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on Environment and a Partnership Agreement for the Reorganization and Consolidation of the Angola Health Research Center.
