This set produces 2,350 lumens of intense blue light per unit to indicate the pathway of the forklift, warning pedestrians and other vehicles of ongoing operation.

This explosion proof LED set contains a total of three forklift safety fixtures that consume 27 watts and emit 2,350 lumens of blue light per unit. The low profile LED mounts on forklifts and surfaces via a sturdy trunnion bracket.

The EXHL-TRN-ZN-LE9-FKLT-BLU-KT.3X from Larson Electronics is a set of three, 27-watt explosion proof LED forklift zone lights which produces 2,350 lumens of intense blue light each, offering real-time notification to nearby pedestrians and works of ongoing forklift operation. Standard forklift warning systems have strobe lights that can hinder operator visibility and/or audible alarms which can irritate workers and pedestrians who must listen to the constant beeping. The EXHL-TRN-ZN-LE9-FKLT-BLU-KT.3X addresses both issues. At a height of 15 feet, the LED lamps each provide a 30` x 1.5` beam configuration and are mounted to the forklift via trunnion brackets.

The EXHL-TRN-ZN-LE9-FKLT-BLU-KT.3X is suitable for ATEX/IECEX rated environments, as well as Class I Division 1 and 2; Class I Zones 1 and 2; Class II Division 1 and 2; and Class III work sites. This set is also NEMA Type 4X rated and supports IP66 ratings. Operating on 10-100V DC, these LED pedestrian safety lights are compatible with a range of standard forklift voltages, including 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V.

Each light is constructed of copper-free aluminum and feature a tempered soda lime glass lens with an electrostatically applied gray powder epoxy/polyester finish. Forklifts can incorporate this explosion proof LED light set at the front, back or both ends of the forklift body for comprehensive illuminative safety.
