Officials restrict foreigners over immigration irregularities
Mbanza Kongo, ANGOLA, November 3 - The Migration and Foreigners Department (SME) in northern Zaire province recently refused to allow 65 citizens from Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to enter the country for alleged lacking valid travel documents and means of subsistence.

Saturday.
Of this number, 63 citizens have been restricted at Luvo border check point, 60 km north of Mbanza Kongo city.
While, the remaining two were not allowed to enter from the municipality of Noqui, the source added.
There was a decrease of three cases compared to the previous week.
The document also referred to 17 foreign nationals from various nationalities as having been arrested and detained for illegal entry and stay in the country.
The northern Zaire province shares 330 km of border with central Congo region (DRC).
