Expands executive team and promotes leaders to accelerate growth
BURLINGAME, Calif., Oct. 31, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WeDriveU, the leader in transportation solutions specializing in corporate and university shuttles, today announced the company has expanded its senior executive team and promoted key leaders to accelerate the company’s next growth stage.

John Sperry has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Human Resources to oversee HR strategy, recruiting and talent management. A 28-year HR veteran, Sperry excels at designing and building innovative HR programs in high-growth organizations.
Sperry joins WeDriveU from Able Services, the largest privately-held facility services provider in the United States with 17,000 employees in 46 states. As VP of HR, he led the transformation of human capital management to support the company’s rapid growth, spearheading talent acquisition, benefits compliance and strategic technology initiatives. Previously, Sperry served as VP of Human Capital and Employee Advocacy at Tiburon, Inc. (acquired by TriTech Software Systems), where he architected HR measurement and analytics, recruiting, retention and compensation strategies. Sperry has also held senior HR roles at companies such as KodakGallery.com, Audatex (formerly ADP Claims Services Group) and ADP Dealer Services.

- Pat McConn has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, with expanded responsibility for WeDriveU’s financial and organizational strategies, procurement and contract review. McConn reports to Dennis Carlson, President & CEO.
- Alex Heliotis has been promoted to Vice President, Operations, with expanded responsibility for WeDriveU’s nationwide team of Operations Directors who oversee dedicated onsite managers, and its Operations Control Center. Heliotis reports to Tim Wayland, Chief Operating Officer.
- Garin Fainstein has been promoted to Vice President & Controller, expanding his role in the areas of financial reporting and analysis, internal controls, audit and treasury. Fainstein reports to Pat McConn.
