This unit is Class I and II, Division 1 and 2 rated and designed to hold equipment up to 18 inches by 36 inches by 10 inches in size.

The Larson Electronics EPL-AEB-18.36.10-1X0.75-2X0.50 explosion proof enclosure provides operators with a Class I and II, Division 1 and 2 cast aluminum enclosure designed to hold electrical equipment up to 18" by 36" by 10" in size. Three NPT hubs are factory tapped to allow conduit entry into the enclosure. The EPL-AEB-18.36.10-1X0.75-2X0.50 explosion proof enclosure is made of cast aluminum, is equipped with stainless steel hinge and bolts, and includes a watertight gasket for a NEMA 4X protection rating. Mounting is provided by four ears, two per side of the enclosure.

The EPL-AEB-18.36.10-1X0.75-2X0.50 is a durable explosion proof surface mount enclosure that protects electrical equipment in hazardous work sites. This unit has three factory-tapped NPT holes, including two 0.5” NPT hubs and one 3/4" NPT hub allow conduit entry into the enclosure.

This explosion proof enclosure has a flameproof interior designed for use in both indoor and outdoor applications where flammable vapors, gases or dust is present. Housing is made of cast aluminum with stainless-steel hinges and bolts. This unit comes equipped with a watertight gasket for a NEMA 4X protection rating. The unit is mounted by four ears with two on each side of the enclosure.
