Luanda, ANGOLA, October 19 - The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, on Thursday expressed to the Government and people of the Russian Federation his deepest regrets over the deaths resulting from the armed attack against the technical and vocational school of Querche in Crimea.,

A suicide bombing and shooting at a technical-vocational school in Querche (Crimea) last Wednesday killed several students and staff.

According to his Auxiliary Services, the Angolan Head of State wished “speed recovery to those who were injured in the condemned action”

"In this moment of pain and mourning, on behalf of the Angolan People and Government and on my own, I would like to express to the Government and to all the people of the Russian Federation, in particular to the bereaved families, our deepest sympathy".  

The attack was carried out by an 18-year-old student who, in the end, committed suicide.
