The PIAA, or Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association, oversees all high school athletics in the state. As a member, EEACS can now compete against other public, private, and charter schools in the Lehigh Valley.

“We are starting our new athletics program off with men’s varsity basketball and wrestling, but we hope to expand our athletics offerings to include more sports,” says Mark “Duke” Wagner, athletic director at EEACS.

In addition to becoming a PIAA member, EEACS recently broke ground on its new, state-of-the-art gymnasium. The facility will hold 1,600 seats and span 16,000 square-feet.
