Consultative Council discusses Angola's foreign policy
Luanda, ANGOLA, September 10 - The Angolan Foreign Affairs Ministry (MIREX) is to hold its seventh Consultative Council as from September 10 to 11 in Luanda, under the competence of execution of the country's foreign policy.,
According to press note from the Foreign Affairs Ministry that reached Angop on Friday, the council is to discuss the “national development plan in line with foreign policy”, “Angola economic diplomacy” and “geopolitical and regional coverage.
The reform plan, a new vision for the MIREX is also expected to be discussed in the event to be presided over by the Foreign minister, Manuel Augusto and addresses from the Economy and Planning minister, Pedro Luís da Fonseca.
The event is to be attended by extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors, career ambassadors, consuls general and heads of department, amongst other entities.
