Benguela, ANGOLA, September 7 - The deputy governor of Benguela for Technical and Infrastructures Area, Leopoldo Muhongo, acknowledged Wednesday, the advances in the process of decentralization of the State
administration, which are giving greater dynamics to the municipalities.

The official was speaking at the end of the meeting for presentation of the Fair of Municipalities and Cities of Angola (FMCA) to the members of the local governance council.
For Leopoldo Muhongo it is necessary to discuss local finance laws, especially in the perspective of the country to implement the municipalities.
Leopoldo Muhongo said that the fair is a space for debate in which various aspects related to the practical and daily life of municipalities and populations will be addressed.
