Harper Bates & Champion Welcomes Litigation Associate Dale Fresch

Fresch has extensive experience guiding clients through the complexities of state and federally regulated industries. He has handled cases involving Fortune 500 companies and government entities. In addition, he’s experienced in multi-district litigation and complex arbitrations through JAMS and the American Arbitration Association.
The addition of Fresch’s experience will be an asset to HBC’s already talented litigation bench, which added Ben Jones a year ago.

Prior to joining HBC, Fresch worked for a commercial litigation boutique in Dallas on a number of high profile cases centered on environmental contamination, medical device liability, and the constitutional rights of individuals and not-for-profit entities. He was also the chief compliance officer at a debt collection and mortgage servicing company where he worked on behalf of some of the largest financial institutions and investment groups in the country handling corporate responses to state and federal examinations and managing litigation. Dale also spent a number of years in the local TV news industry as an executive producer and news operations manager prior to attending law school.
Fresch earned his law degree with honors from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief for the Southern Methodist Law Review Association and as a student attorney in the Consumer Advocacy Clinic.
