Luanda, ANGOLA, September 3 - Advisors to the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court and the Attorney General's Office started Monday, courses of judicial magistrates and public prosecutors at the National Institute of Judicial Studies (INEJ), within the framework of judicial reform.,

In total, 110 citizens, including auditors who in the previous modules did not achieve their proficiency in the curricular or in the stage of the internship, attend the present academic year, with a duration of 12 months, divided into six months for the curricular period and the remaining ones for internships initiation.

On the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the training, the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Francisco Queiroz, pointed the human factor as the most important element for the materialization of district courts and appeals, which should start operating in 2019.

The official understands that the course completes the effort to reform justice and law. To him, the calendar of the creation of the courts of appeals and of the county follows the deadline of the implementation of the local elections, foreseen for 2020, according to recommendation of the Council of the Republic, in the session of last March.

The ceremony was attended by the director of the INEJ, Luzia Sebastião, who qualified the course of "special", for the quality of the participants and for the entrance criteria.

The National Institute of Judicial Studies (INEJ), an institution dedicated to the technical and professional training of judicial operators, has trained since 2002, the year that it was set up, 762 magistrates, both judicial and public prosecutors.
