BALA CYNWYD, Pa., July 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hamilton Lane today announced that it successfully filed its Form ADV through the Consensus platform from Compliance Solutions Strategies (CSS), a global RegTech provider of technology-enabled regulatory solutions serving compliance professionals across the financial services industry.

Form ADV is the official form used to register as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state regulators. It is filed annually after the adviser's fiscal year-end or amended when key information changes.

In addition to Form ADV, Hamilton Lane intends to use Consensus to complete Form PF, AIFMD Annex IV, Form 13F and TIC forms reporting.
