HAMILTON, Bermuda, July 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teekay Offshore GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. (Teekay Offshore or the Partnership) (NYSE:TOO), has declared a distribution of $0.01 per common unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. The distributions are payable on August 10, 2018 to all common unitholders of record on August 3, 2018. Teekay Offshore's cash distributions are reported on Form 1099 for United States tax purposes.
