Luanda, ANGOLA, June 11 - The opposition FNLA party has confirmed its II Extraordinary Congress for 25 to 28 June, in the central Huambo province. ,

FNLA will address the issue related to municipal elections in Angola, according to the party's spokesman, Jerónimo Makano.

Makango told a press conference that the event results from the recommendations of the Ordinary Congress held in February 2015.

The 2015 Congress set the new party’s strategies for future challenges.

In 2015, Lucas Ngonda was re-elected party’s president at the Ordinary Congress of FNLA.
