(CSE:GET.CN) (OTCQB:GLNNF) (FKT:GJT) (“Glance” or the “Company”) today reported that an unauthorized press release (the “Unauthorized Press Release”) was issued yesterday using Glance’s name and corporate information (the “Glance Material”) without Glance’s permission.

Glance believes that the Unauthorized Press Release was issued by The Yield Growth Corp. (“Yield”). Glance shareholders may have inadvertently believed the Unauthorized Press Release was issued by Glance due to:

• the use of Glance’s name at start of the headline;
• the use of Glance’s ticker symbols; and
• a section called “About Glance Technologies” at the end.

Yield is a closely-held company in which Glance has a minority ownership interest, but Glance has no influence over Yield’s business affairs. While Yield’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Penny Green, is currently a director of Glance, Ms. Green does not have the authority to unilaterally act as spokesperson for Glance and has not been an officer of Glance since February 20, 2018, when Glance terminated her consulting agreement.

Glance wishes to assure shareholders that Glance was not aware of the Unauthorized Press Release prior to its public dissemination and that the contents of the Unauthorized Press Release and other communications by Ms. Green do not necessarily reflect Glance’s business or growth strategy.
