THE WOODLANDS, Texas, May 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LGI Homes, Inc. (Nasdaq:LGIH) today announced 606 homes closed in April 2018, up from 365 home closings in April 2017, representing year-over-year growth of 66.0%. The Company ended the first four months of 2018 with 1,850 home closings, a 64.3% increase over 1,126 home closings during the first four months of 2017.

As of the end of April 2018, the Company had 79 active selling communities.
