On the primary side, operators may bring 480V three-phase into a 200-amp 600V-rated three-phase disconnect, which is protected by three, 175-amp time delay fuses, using a 20-foot 6/4 SOOW cord with a 63-amp 480V pin and sleeve cord cap. The 112.5 KVA transformer converts 480V three phase into 208Y/120V three-phase power. On the secondary side, operators can access a 400-amp 208Y/120V three phase main lug only panel. This secondary panel contains three, 100-amp breakers protecting three, 100-amp 208Y/120V MIL-22992, Class L receptacles.

For protection in extreme environments, the receptacles on the secondary side are equipped with weatherproof covers. Mounted on a sturdy and portable cart, the power distribution station offers flexibility via numerous transportation options. The cart is constructed of carbon steel frame with a powder coat finish. Operators may opt to push the cart around from one location to another. Locking casters provide stability when the system is being used. Skid pockets and pick eyes allow hoisting via forklifts, cranes and other heavy-duty lifters.
