She escorts organizational teams through change management, including process and workflow redesign. In addition to the support of the healthcare industry, Sally works as a facilitator conducting Project and Strategic Planning sessions for businesses and Non-Profit organizations.

With her Connect the Dots business, Sally offers advice (some available freely on her website) about structural analysis tools, process implementation, making wise decisions, moves, and mentoring. She believes in sharing knowledge and loves to network with friends from different stages of her life, and from professional associations oriented to nursing, critical care or women’s leadership.
