This 100-foot 12/4 SOOW cord features a T-style plug and comes in 125V or 1250V configuration, ideal for use in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, wet location and other industrial worksites.

The EPEXC-100-12.4-20A is a 100-foot explosion proof 12/4 SOOW extension cord. This 20-amp rated, chemical and abrasion resistant cord comes with an explosion proof 20-amp receptacle on one end and a 20-amp explosion proof plug on the other. The extension cord uses a T-style plug that works with both explosion and non-explosion proof standard receptacles and plugs, except for 120V wall outlets. These plugs and receptacles are cross-interchangeable with some Crouse Hind™ part# ENP5201 and Hubble-Killark part# UGP-20231 ACCEPTOR® plugs and receptacles, meaning any equipment with these plugs should function correctly with the EPEXC-100-12.4-20A cord.

The included plugs are twist-lock models that require operators to insert the plug and twist until it locks in place, thus enhancing working connection and ensuring a safe seal to avoid electrical sparks. The receptacle contacts are deep recessed which decreases the chances of accidental contact. These receptacles also accept NEMA 5-20R or 6-20R compatible non-explosion proof plugs for non-hazardous worksites. The EPEXC-100-12.4-20A extension cord is offered in a 125V or 250V configuration and is constructed of copper-free aluminum with an epoxy powder coat.
