VitalDyne Medical Announces A Major Expansion To Meet Growing Demand From The Medical Device Industry
Three YAG laser tube cutting systems were recently added including a 6-axis laser system. With a total of 13 laser cutting systems, VitalDyne Medical has both very large and small volume capabilities for radius cutting as small as .002” diameter in tube sizes from .020” to .230” with holes as small as .0005” diameter. Medical materials processed by these systems include Nitinol, cobalt, stainless steel, chromium, plastic silicone and medical polymers including Teflon, PVC, Acrylic, Delrin, PTFE and others.
