(TSXV:PPP)) (TSXV:IMIN) the “Company”) announces that it has received final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange covering its change of business (“COB”), name change and related transactions.

Effective at the opening on Friday, April 20, 2018, the common shares of iMining Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Parlane Resource Corp. will be delisted.

There is no consolidation or change in the share capital of the Company. Shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the new company name and Company shares held electronically in Direct Registration System will be booked automatically.
