Rittenhouse Realty Advisors Expands Into Retail Real Estate Services With Hiring of Larry Steinberg, Veteran Retail Broker
PHILADELPHIA, April 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rittenhouse Realty Advisors is excited to announce the formation of Rittenhouse Retail, a new venture focused solely on retail sales and leasing. The company is led by top producing retail agent Larry Steinberg. Over the course of his career, Larry has worked with numerous national retailers, including Apple, Nordstrom Rack, Target Express, Warby Parker, J. Crew and Chipotle. He has also worked with top chefs and restaurateurs, including Marc Vetri, Michael Solomonov, Stephen Starr and Jose Garces.

Larry’s notable track record includes the sales of several prominent retail buildings on both Walnut and Chestnut Streets in Rittenhouse Square’s shopping district. Larry is joined by his son, Evan Steinberg, who is an experienced tenant representative, having worked with national brands seeking multi-site expansions into the Greater Philadelphia Region. The team has also represented the retail spaces in some of the city’s most exciting recent development projects, including Pearl Properties’ The Granary, The Icon Building, developed by Alterra Properties, and The Collins Building, developed by Brickstone Realty Corp.
