Honda established operations in America in 1959 and has since grown to more than 40,000 associates, 19 major manufacturing facilities, and 14 major research and development centers that have the capacity to fully design, develop and engineer automobiles, motorcycles, marine engines, power products and aircraft throughout North America.
Honda works with more than 1,000 independent U.S. Honda auto dealerships to market and sell its full line-up of Honda-branded cars and trucks, which include the Fit, Civic, Accord, Insight and Clarity series passenger cars, along with the HR-V, CR-V and Pilot sport utility vehicles, the Ridgeline pickup and the Odyssey minivan.
