France prioritises training in co-operation with Angola
Cabinda, ANGOLA, March 29 - The Republic of France intends to reinforce its co-operation with African countries, Angola included, in the domain of professional training, particularly of young people, announced last Wednesday, in the northern Cabinda Province, the French ambassador to Angola, Sylvian Itté.,
The diplomat spoke to the press in the end of an audience with the governor of Cabinda, Eugénio Laborinho, in sequence of a 48-hour work visit to this northernmost province also aimed at taking with the French community residing in this region.
Sylvian Itté said that the relations between Angola and France are getting more and more reinforced. He announced that there is a possibility of an agreement to be reached, in the area of vocational training for young people, with the provincial government of Cabinda.
During his stay, the diplomat will have a meeting with the local delegate of the Ministry of the Interior, the provincial public prosecutor, government and education officials, as well as visit the Alliance Française.
The French ambassador is also to visit some socioeconomic undertakings.
