CALGARY, Alberta, March 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. (the “Company”) (TSXV:BCF) announced today that its board of directors has declared a distribution of $0.1973 per Class A Non-Voting share of the Company.  The distribution will be paid on April 30, 2018 to holders of Class A Non-voting shares of record on March 31, 2018.

The amount of the distribution is equivalent to approximately $0.80 per Class A Non-Voting share, or 8% on the original $10.00 issue price, per annum prorated for the 90 day period from January 1, 2018 to March 31, 2018.
