Ruling party calls for commitment to political agenda

Huambo, ANGOLA, March 12 - The ruling MPLA party in central Huambo Province has described the real commitment of its militants, mainly those in Executive areas, as crucial to the party's tasks, aimed at searching for best solutions that match the country’s reality. ,

 

The appeal was made Sunday by the local party's first secretary, João Baptista Kussumua.

 

The politician, who was speaking at the presentation ceremony of 2018 political agenda,  requested a greater intervention by the militants.

 

He said that his party will increase its activities with a view to addressing the current governance challenges.

 

According to him,  MPLA intents to turn its pledges made during the 2017 electoral campaign into reality.

 

He recalled that the militancy implies commitment and  priesthood in dedication of accomplishing of tasks that allow MPLA to renew its reputation and social responsibility with each passing day.

 

MPLA wants to build a stronger, fair and cohesive society, materialising, in a more detailed way, the people’s desire, stressed the ruling party’s secretary in Huambo.
