Allied Power Group (“Allied”) and Confipetrol S.A.S. have entered into a commercial exclusivity agreement

HOUSTON, TEXAS, UNITED STATES , March 5, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Allied Power Group (“Allied”) and Confipetrol S.A.S. have entered into a commercial exclusivity agreement for supply of Industrial Gas Turbine Bundled Services for the South American marketplace. The new venture will be a leading independent provider of mission critical rotating equipment services for the power, mining, oil/gas, petrochemical/refinery and industrial sectors.

The agreement serves to combine the two organizations’ complementary strengths, customers and geographic exposure, and will focus on providing South American end-users enhanced flexibility and the ability to perform turn-key maintenance services on both a transactional and long-term contract basis.

Bruce Agardy, an Allied advisor and Board member, said, “This commercial exclusivity agreement will allow us to offer a wide range of services to include plant O&M, gas turbine component repairs, field inspections and overhauls and turbine capital part replacements. The combination of these two complementary and capable businesses creates value-added plant services specific to the South American marketplace.”

This agreement was executed on 7 February 2018. The terms of the agreement are exclusive for the following South America countries: Columbia, Ecuador, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, and Bolivia.
