Parliament pledges to facilitate access to information
Luanda, ANGOLA, February 16 - National Assembly will ensure access of information for the journalists to exercise their profession with responsibility and for the country's wellbeing, pledged Friday the secretary general of the House.

Pedro de Neri was speaking at the closing ceremony of the second meeting the National Assembly held with the Media.
He described the move as reciprocal gains.
Journalists have been complaining about the conditions of media coverage in Parliament.
This situation led the journalists' union to called for a boycott on parliamentary activities coverage.
The official spoke of interest in publishing news items with responsibility, ethics, for the truth and with the mission of informing and training citizens for peace and building a prosperous Angola.
Pedro de Neri, who proposed a greater flow in the dialogue between legislators and journalists to avoid the fuss, recalled that poorly publicised information can cause huge damage.
According to the final communiqué, the seminar recommended greater investment in strengthening the relationship between the media and National Assembly.
The event also recommended good use of social media in dissemination of Parliamentary activities.
The MPs stressed the importance for parliament to adopt rules that ensure the coverage of activities, at the same time that guarantee a healthy relationship with the media.
