President pays tribute to former Navy commander

Augusto Sebastião Lopes was an Angolan nationalist who very early joined the national liberation struggle that culminated in the country's independence in November 1975.
In the book of condolence, João Lourenço highlighted the contribution, dedication and the commitment of the ill-fated Navy commander to the cause of the nation.
Also paid homage to the ill-fated Admiral, Attorney General, MPs, Government officials and high ranking military officers.
The chief of staff of the Angolan Armed Forces, Geraldo Sachipengo, also joined the public viewing ceremony of "Roca Mónita".
