Virtual training for magistrates
Luanda, ANGOLA, February 1 - The Attorney General's Office will soon create a virtual training center for magistrates in order to boost the sector, said Wednesday the Attorney General, Hélder Fernando Pita Grós.,
The Attorney General, made the statement when addressing a meeting with prosecutors operating in the Criminal Investigation Services (SIC), in Luanda.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Attorney General, Mota Liz, who was also present at the meeting, deemed insufficient the 2018 budget made available for this institution, since 95% of the amount corresponds to personnel expenses and only 5% to the capital.
Mota Liz added that there is a certain technical insensitivity of those who make the budget, taking into account that society expects much from the Attorney General's Office.
The fight against impunity and corruption also requires qualified technicians and availability of resources, underlined Mota Liz.
