LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, UNITED STATES, January 30, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Former All-Pro Offensive Tackle Kyle Turley will be partaking in the festivities leading up to Super Bowl by delivering a message to the NFL, its current and former players, and anyone else who plays football that CBD can help with CTE and other injuries.

Turley has developed a line of Neuro XPF products that have shown the effectiveness of CBD backed by research, robust early sales and testimonials from football players and athletes of all ages. He will be available to talk about his goal of introducing CBD to the world to help all athletes recover quickly and prevent injuries as well as veterans suffering from head injuries suffered in battle.
Turley will be participating in one-on-one radio, television, internet and print media interviews on Wednesday, Jan. 31, and Thursday, Feb. 1 at the Mall of America in Bloomington at 60 East Broadway. Requests for interviews can be submitted prior to his appearance from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. and for other times set in advance. Email rgubbe@goshango.com for interviews.

“I am honored to be presenting Neuro XPF’s line of CBD products at the Big Game and share my message,” Turley said. “Cannabis saved my life and this is why we created this product line. This is why I’m here.”
Turley also will be appearing at the Gridiron Greats Foundation event on Wednesday, Jan. 31. Gridiron Greats helps fundraising efforts for After The Impact Fund. The ATIF serves military veterans, former NFL players and their families by facilitating neurocognitive and behavioral treatment.

“I’m proud and honored to be a part of Gridiron Greats and ATIF for their constant commitment to finding solutions to save lives and ensure former players are around to celebrate their tremendous achievements,” Turley said.
Turley qualifies as an expert in chronic pain after warring in the trenches as an offensive lineman for eight seasons in the NFL and four years at San Diego State.

“CBD has played an important role in allowing me to personally manage pain, cope with CTE-like symptoms, improve my overall health and eliminate the need for prescription opioids that nearly cost me my life due to long-term use side effects,” Turley said. “If we can allow players and veterans to recover naturally with proper dietary and organic therapies, we should be doing so. Our communities have suffered needlessly with the inherent risks of accomplishing greatness.”

The recent finding of CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy) in 99 percent of brains tested from deceased players has sparked even more interest in the use of THC and accompanying cannabinoid CBD. Turley hopes the NFL will make both CBD and THC legal for its players.

“Personally, I think more football players are calling for full legalization, full implementation of this plant because CBD is the tip of the iceberg and in football you are dealing with everyday accounts of serious injury and the need to get back on the field to compete fast,” Turley said in the January 2018 issue of Elevate Nevada Magazine.
ESPN reported that a recent letter from the NFL to the National Football League Players Association offered to work together on a study to find ways to combat chronic pain.

“Athletes in this discussion on the football side are pressing more for total legalization, more than the other sports who are just saying give us CBD. Football athletes are saying we need more than that. CBD is a tremendous benefit but with THC included it’s supercharged and you need that in dealing with sports like football,” Turley said.

Turley has teamed up with the distribution network provided by Shango Premium Cannabis to bring his product into every state through retail and e-commerce sales.
“The initial interest in Kyle’s Neuro XPF product line has been phenomenal,” said Brandon Rexroad, Founder of Shango. “Our goal is to make it readily available to everyone.”

Neuro XPF, formerly labeled as Neuro Armour, removes any trace of THC and reintroduces the plant’s natural terpenes and other valuable cannabinoids to provide the most powerful CBD products on the market.

Turley played nine seasons in the NFL, selected 7th overall in the ’98 draft. Turley played five seasons for the Saints and a year with the Rams before a serious back injury sidelined him for the 2004 and 2005 seasons. He returned in 2006 as a member of the Chiefs, where he spent the last two years of his career, retiring in 2007. He was All-Pro/OT in 2000 and was invited to the Pro Bowl in 2001.

He has been involved in a number of player health issues post-retirement, particularly neurological problems resulting from his football career. He also is a board member of the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund.

“It’s the biggest thing to happen to healthcare since cannabis became part of the discussion. If the NFL follows through and they hold to the research, and the media holds them to it, medical marijuana can change healthcare in America. I’ve got hope again,” he said.
