Nancy Omran joined Greenwich Associates in 2014 and held the position of Senior Vice President of Client Experience in the Customer Experience Management Division in Canada. Prior to joining Greenwich Associates, Nancy led global client account teams across North America, Latin America and Europe, and held overall accountability for delivering the Customer Reference Program and Customer User Community for Compuware Corporation.

Nancy holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University and a Marketing and Communications Leadership Management Masters Certificate from the Schulich School of Business.
