TORONTO, Dec. 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bunker Hill Mining Corp. (the “Company”) (CSE:BNKR) announces the results of the Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") which was held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 11:00 am, at which 49.41% of the issued and outstanding shares were represented. Shareholders voted in favor of all resolutions brought before the meeting.
A detailed description of all resolutions that were voted on can be reviewed in more detail in the Company's Information Circular, which was filed on SEDAR on November 22, 2017. A summary of the voting results are as follows:
- Election of Board of Directors: Jennifer Boyle, Howard Crosby, Bruce Reid, John Ryan and Harold Roy Shipes were elected as Directors of the Company for the ensuing year.
- Appointment of Auditors: MNP LLP was re- elected as the Auditor of the Company for the ensuing year.
