MONTREAL, Dec. 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of TFI International Inc. (TSX:TFII) (OTCQX:TFIFF), a North American leader in the transportation and logistics industry, has approved an 11% dividend increase over its previous quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, effective as of the next regular dividend payment. The Board also declared the next quarterly dividend of $0.21 per outstanding common share of its capital payable on January 15, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 29, 2017.

This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any applicable provincial legislation pertaining to eligible dividends.
