Angola: Draft general budget for 2018 analysed
Luanda, ANGOLA, December 8 - Angola's Cabinet council met Friday in Luanda to discuss draft law giving green light to 2018 State Budget, according to a press release from the 1st Extraordinary session chaired by the President, João Lourenço.

Part of the resources available is designed to secure the sovereignty, territorial integrity and security of citizens.
The proposal will be forwarded to National Assembly for approval.
Priorities of the 2018 Budget include the creation of a diversified, competitive, inclusive and sustainable economy.
The objective is to expand human capital and creating qualified and remunerated employment opportunities.
The Friday meeting also endorsed the General Regime for Delimitation and De-concentration of Competences and Coordination of Territorial Performance of the Central Administration and Local State Administration.
The Executive also approved the Regulation of the Municipal Forum, the Regulation of the Local Governance Council and the management of marine fisheries, inland fisheries and aquaculture for 2018.
The meeting also authorised the import of horse mackerel.
Rules of Procedure of the Cabinet Council of Economic Commissions for Royal Economy and Social Policy, also received green light.
The session also approved organic statutes of Civil and Security Affairs Office, as well as secretary general of President of Republic.
Approved was also organic statutes for Ministries of Fisheries and Sea, Justice and Human Rights, Health, Media, and Former Combatants and Motherland Veterans.
