MPs suspend parliamentary mandates

Luanda, ANGOLA, November 14 - MPLA deputies Carlos Feijó and Aldemiro Vaz da Conceição suspended their mandates at the National Assembly (AN), having been replaced by Nvunda Salucombo and Tomás da Silva.,

Nvunda Salucombo and Tomás da Silva, numbers 102 and 103 of the MPLA list of the national constituency, were called to the effectiveness of functions according to the order of precedence to which the holders of vacant mandates belonged.

The inauguration of the parliamentarians occurred during the 1st ordinary plenary session of the 1st Legislative session of the IV Legislature of the National Assembly, chaired by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos.

This is the second time that the parliament has moved members of parliament in this legislature.

This Tuesday's plenary session unanimously approved the draft resolution on the numerical and nominal composition of Parliament's ten working committees and the appointment of its chairpersons.
