Bié: Public security entails integrated system

Cuito, ANGOLA, November 10 - Public security requires an integrated and improved system involving prevention, justice and human rights instruments, said Friday the director of institutional security of National Police in central Bié province, Arlindo Cardoso Rosa. ,


Speaking to Angop on public safety, the director said the police view public security as a process that starts with the prevention and ends in the repair of the damage, dealing with the causes and arrest of the perpetrator.
