Cabinda, ANGOLA, November 8 - A memorandum on the career structure and retirement of officials from ministerial departments that were the subject of a merger, division or extinction was approved Wednesday by the Economic Commission of the Council of Ministers.,

The document was approved at the first ordinary meeting of the Economic Commission, held in the meeting hall of the Palace of Cabinda Province Government, under the guidance of the President of the Republic, João Lourenço.
