EVANSVILLE, Ind., Nov. 02, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vectren Corporation (NYSE:VVC) announced the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, up 7.1 percent from the current quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share. This equates to an annualized dividend of $1.80 per share, up from the current annualized dividend of $1.68 per share. The quarterly dividend will be payable December 1, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2017.
