The following employment opportunity is intended to introduce a voluntary self-identified Aboriginal applicant, who is either a student or recent graduate, to this job category at PotashCorp. This student/new graduate position is offered in addition to other employment opportunities through the company’s regular student hiring program.
The company has a temporary part-time career opportunity for qualified applicants at PotashCorp located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The position is temporary up until December 31, 2017.
The Diversity and Inclusion Student/New Graduate position will be primarily responsible for the following:
• Assisting with employee relations activities including event coordination • Human resources and recruitment related duties • Planning and coordinating career fairs and community presentations • Community engagement related duties • Managing HR database • Other projects as assigned
The successful candidate will have graduated with or be in the process of obtaining a Commerce Degree or Business Administration diploma. A competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and prior knowledge or exposure to diversity and inclusion strategy in a workplace setting would be an asset.
The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check. All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with PotashCorp policy.
