(OTC:INCC), has executed a LOI to Co-Develop CBD Coffee & Tea in K-cups as well as Cold Brewed Coffee with a Florida based Gourmet Coffee manufacturer.  The Companies anticipate the K-cups will contain 15mg of BluDog Water Soluble, CBD receptor weighted, BIO-AVAILABLE Patented CBD and retail for $19.99 per 4-pack.

Founded in 1981, the owner who was from Italy, found success in wholesale food distribution but decided to venture into different realms.
