Luanda, ANGOLA, October 2 - Angolan Minister of the Interior Angelo de Barros da Veiga Tavares, reappointed in the Government of the President, João Lourenço, was born in Benguela province on October 2, 1960.

He is married and son of Joaquim da Veiga Tavares and Romana Lopes de Barros Tavares.
He completed primary studies at the Catholic Mission and at the 404 School in Benguela and the secondary at the Cerveira Pereira Preparatory School in Benguela.
The official also studied the course of General Administration and Commerce, at the Venâncio Deslandes Industrial and Commercial School in Benguela, and the Pre-University Course in Luanda. He graduated in Economics from the Economics Faculty of Agostinho Neto University.
