TechConnect Will Offer Nationwide Technical Support, Project Management and Network Services to Senior Housing Properties

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, OHIO, UNITED STATES, June 26, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- ESCO Technologies, LLC, announced it is hiring industry veteran Drew Allgeier to lead the company’s new TechConnect division, devoted to providing local technical support services to senior living properties across the country.

Lindsey noted that ESCO’s CareConnect solution is known for its unique Technology Concierge, an ESCO employee who works onsite at senior communities, helping staff and residents with setup and day-to-day issues related to CareConnect phone, TV, Internet and wireless calling systems. “TechConnect is a timely and logical extension of our CareConnect portfolio. There’s a growing demand for rapid response technicians, as well as routine IT integration work like cabling or device installation and replacement.”

Allgeier brings 20 years of sales, operations and channel development experience to the ESCO team.
