USMC Seeks Contractor to Provide Camera Equipment

Intends to Work Only with Certified Small Business

Jacksonville, North Carolina, June 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The U.S. Department of the Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, Second Marine Division Combat Camera Section aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina released on Friday, June 16 a solicitation in which it outlined plans to purchase camera equipment from a small business contractor.

The contractor who receives the contract must provide the Second Marine Division Combat Camera Section with a range of equipment, including lenses, carrying cases, lighting equipment, tripods, stools. and picture printing paper.

The Second Marine Division Combat Camera Section intends to issue a firm fixed-price purchase order in accordance with FAR part 13. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333316, Digital Camera and Part Manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees.

Responses are due by no later than 3 p.m. EST on June 23, and interested contractors can send responses to Contract Specialist Sergeant Anthony Zachareas at anthony.zachareas@usmc.mil.

The contractor who receives this contract also must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have as part of the Registration all current Representations and Certifications.
