(the “Company”) (CSE:VAI), has announced that Matthew Brennan, will be stepping down from his role as company President. In the interim, his responsibilities will be assumed by the current executive leadership team with oversight from VirtualArmour’s Chairman, Christopher Blisard and CEO Todd Kannegieter.
