/EINPresswire.com/ -- TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - May 03, 2017) - The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP) applauds the Manitoba government's decision to issue a request for proposals (RFP) to develop a Public-Private Partnership (P3) business case and financial advisory services to construct four new schools with a total value of more than $100 million.

The P3 procurement model has most recently been used successfully on school projects in Saskatchewan and Alberta. They are among 256 public-private partnership projects across Canada valued at more than $120 billion dollars.
